RICCIO was in 2003 Premium stallion in the NRW Approval in Münster-Handorf. He completed his 30-day-test with high scores in all areas. In 2004 he was Vice-Bundeschampion, in 2006 und 2007 he was qualified for the Bundechampionate of dressage horses. In 2006 he was placed at the World championship for young dressage horses.
Numerous foals from RICCIO's first crops were awarded Premiums and gold medals in the Rhinelad. One daughter won the foal championship of East Switzerland, another daughter became the first reserve champion in Bern/SUI.
